This is Young's sixth career start against the Braves, and the first since 2008; he's 2-2, 7.50 ERA vs. Atlanta. Hudson has 15 wins in 25 starts against the Mets. Young hasn't allowed more than 2 ER in any of his three previous road starts this year and has not walked a batter in his last 13.1 innings. David Wright leads all of MLB with a .392 road batting average. The Mets are hitting .285 with RISP and two outs, the second-highest mark in the Majors, so it shouldn't be a surprise that they lead the Majors with 187 two-out runs. Atlanta, on the other hand, is hitting .235 with RISP and two outs and have scored 144 two-out runs.
McCann's wife expecting a baby, so he won't be with the team today. J.C. Boscan was recalled in his place.
