I'm wondering what you guys think of Fredi's game managing so far. I can't seem to wrap my head around some of his moves, even in just these two games. I didn't like the signings of the blob formerly known as Livan Hernandez or never-has-been-good journeyman Chad Durbin, but then to put them both back to back in a tied/1 run game seemed beyond me. Especially when O'Flaherty and Martinez are sitting on the bench with no work yet on the season. And then the pinch hitting...putting Diaz in who can't hit righties with other options available. Constanza is at least a lefty, and there's David Ross sitting there. I know Fredi doesn't like to use him cuz it'd take him or McCann out if it extends, but the game is over anyway, so what does it matter?

There just seems to be a track record from last year of weird roster and in-game moves and I want to see how you all are thinking about the moves, Fredi, his value as a manager and if he's hurting the team.
