I'm Fired Up!
I love this signing and I think he’s a Brave’s kind of player. He won’t hurt us in the field and worst case scenario he will play everyday at short if Pastornicky cannot hack it. Best case, he gives us solid infield back-up defense and allows Prado to concentrate on one position.

If he can stay healthy, he’s about the best we can do for a back-up infielder. He’s a scruffy kind of get dirty kind of player who does not make a lot of defensive mistakes. He’s not going to set the world on fire, but I like his at-bats a whole lot better than the “Oh, God I wish I hadn’t swung at that pitch 8” of the plate" swings that Gonzo made.
