In 65 years of play, countless future Major League All-Stars, MVPs, and Hall Of Famers played in the Carolina League, but none of them could do what Terdoslavich has done this year. He also hit his 19th homer of the year, giving him 72 extra base hits on the season. Andrelton Simmons hit his 34th double of the season and stole his 25th base, and in his last 3 games he's gone 6-12.

Errors were the theme of the day, as a Matt Lipka error in the 5th led to 8 unearned Augusta runs, and a Elmer Reyes error in the 16th started an inning that ended with Tyler Stovall walking in the winning run. Aside from the error, Lipka had 4 hits, including a pair of doubles, and in his last 5 games he's gone 11-24 with 3 doubles. David Rohm had 3 hits, including a double, extending his hitting streak to 6 games, and he's gone 11-29 with 2 doubles, a omer, and 3 RBI.
