Creating The Ultimate Atlanta Braves Twitter Account

So yeah, I'm totally jacking this idea from the Pirates SB Nation blog, Bucs Dugout. Thanks for the idea, fellas.

Love it or hate it, Twitter is an integral part of the social networking phenomenon. While there are those who simply use Twitter to tweet senseless horseshit for hours on end during the day, it is also the fastest and best source for staying on top of any and all breaking news for your favorite sports team.

Want to keep track of the latest Braves trade deadline rumors? Twitter is the best source of media to do so. Curious on what lineup Atlanta will be using that night? Twitter is, once again, the best way of going about finding this information. Simply put, it's easy to understand, works fast, and tells you what you need to know. And if you get tired of a certain person, you simply click a button and you no longer have to see what they say. It's like a perfect girlfriend or wife...or something like that.

Here are the Twitter links every Braves fan should follow.

*Please realize that there are literally hundreds of Braves blogs on the Internet. No offense if yours isn't listed. To be perfectly honest, these were just a few that popped into my head while doing the post. If you'd like your blog added to the list, post it in the comments and I'll add it assuming a) you're a pretty regular poster on TC, b) not a douchebag, and c) it's a blog that's both well-written and relevant to the Braves.

There are quite a few Braves players -- especially the guys in the Minor Leagues -- who tweet pretty frequently. There is a complete list of those players on the left side of TC's home page.

Faux Tweeters:

Cyborg Hanson
Faux Frank Wren

**Please note there's a good chance I missed a few accounts while making this post. Make suggestions in the comments and I'll add them in as we go.

Happy tweeting.
