What's the scoop on Chris Garcia?
So, the guy destroys Rookie ball TWICE (I don't get it) then goes Indy for a few years, and now he's playing Low A ball in Rome, where again he's destroying the baseball. Since he's playing first, I'm going to assume he's not known for his glove, but does anyone know the reason why he was never promoted out of Rookie ball even though he put up stellar numbers?
