Atlanta Braves Fan Confidence Poll
If it's Monday, then it's the Atlanta Braves Fan Confidence Poll. As always, this poll and therefore your confidence level should encompasses several areas of the team. These areas include, but are not limited to, the team’s ownership, current management, talent, minor-league system, but mainly the team's general playing ability on the field. The poll will close in 24 hours, so get your vote in now!

because I said so.

Pack your bags, TS and JI.
The offense is wearing on me.
We’re terribly inconsistent, and it’s frustrating.
Why should our pitchers have to be so damn perfect?

This may be no consolation
but if you look at the standings, in any other division, the Braves have the same or better record than the 1st place team, except for the AL east. Just trying to keep a positive outlook.

Did anybody see Free’s ass last night on the BET Awards After Party?
I'm a king, no matter how the cards are dealt.
Anyone have any idea
what the Braves record is on weekends? I swear they always perform awful right before these things.
If we can land [Stephen Drew], I will give FW a bj.

They are 5-6 on Fridays, 21-17 in weekend series games overall.

Thank you, seems like it’s much worse than that.

This offense is putrid
.237/.305/.385 that is bad… Really bad. The most concerning to me is that we also rank 4th in all of baseball in strikeouts with 603, that is NOT getting the job done. To put that number into perspective: the Braves are striking out 2.4 times for every one BB we take. Our offense is either on or off, there is no consistency. We can drop 10 runs one game, and then stink up the park the next. To call this team frustrating is an understatement.

This, this is the problem.
No accountability. Nothing is ever the Braves fault, it’s still always us giving the other team credit. Not good enough.
Fredi G:
“Give credit to Buddy Black’s pitching staff over there. You can’t hit every day. It seemed like after yesterday we were scoring some runs, then came in today and Luebke was outstanding. I don’t even know what his line was, but I bet he struck out six or seven. And they held us."
Not good enough, Fredi, not good enough.

SD actually does have a fantastic stable of pitchers...
It’s when we give credit to the Texas’ and Anaheim’s of the world that bothers me…
They need to put Lee Elia in the dugout again. One can only imagine what he’d say.

Still holding at an 8.
Number 5 in ESPN’s power rankings. 6th best record in baseball. 2nd best record in the NL. Only 4 games behind the Phillies.
All of that with a terrible offense right now.
I can’t wait until Dan Uggla starts hitting. We will be the BEST team in baseball!
