My great grandmother was the biggest Braves fan I'd ever known. She got me into the Braves. Every time I went over to her house, the Braves were on. Unless, of course, it was the offseason. She called them "her boys" and never missed a game. She often chopped along with the television. Even in the hospital, when she was dying, the Braves were on. She died in 2005, the last year of The Streak. I know she's up in heaven, doing the Chop 'n' Chant with Jesus (he's a Braves fan too). I love you, great-grandma, and go Braves!
Another awesome Braves fan is President Jimmy Carter. I see him on TV and on the big screen all the time, always wearing his Braves cap. Braves fans love him, no doubt. A Braves fan for life.
There's also the guy who always wears the Indian costume, and the older lady who wears the hat with baseballs and foam Tomahawks. I forget their names, but they're great fans, and they're always at Turner Field.
Our writers here at Talking Chop are awesome fans. True, most of their time is wasted on the Internet, but it's for us. They keep us informed of Braves news and give us a place to talk about the Bravos and voice our opinions. You guys seriously rock. I salute you, awesome Braves fans!
So, who is the best Braves fan YOU know?
