To possibly be suspended 50 games, this has to be his 3rd time, right? I can’t remember the policy off the top of my head this morning.

That's a first time suspension now.
He has not tested positive before.
Braun took second test and
and it wasn’t positive. PED tests have a 5% chance of failure.

From OTL: Source says Braun requested 2nd test. 2nd test not positive. Those close to RB believe difference will show 1st test was invalid.

There are strange things here, but hard to say right now.
He took second test, but that doesn’t reverse first one. That being said, the infamous anonymous sources said that the first test was off-the-charts high—-double the level anyone has ever hit on one of these tests in baseball before.
