The young and talented Braves catcher, Christian Bethancourt, is in the starting lineup tonight.
Tired of football already? Nothing interesting or noteworthy to watch tonight around 8pm? Well fear not, there are Braves playing baseball on TV tonight!
The Arizona Fall League's Rising Starts game airs tonight at 8pm on the MLB Network. In the starting lineup will be two of the Braves top prospects. First baseman Joey Terdoslavich will be batting sixth, and catcher Christian Bethancourt will bat eighth. (Also future possible Braves player Wil Myers will be batting third, but let's not get ahead of ourselves.) A guy named Bryce Harper is also in the starting lineup.
Terdoslavich is hitting .349/.423/.635, including three home runs in the AFL. Not to be outdone, the 20-year old Bethancourt is hitting .358/.370/.642 with four home runs. Reliever J.J. Hoover is also on the Rising Stars roster, and could see some action in relief.
Anyway, if for some reason you don't get CBS or ABC, but do get the MLB Network, then you're in luck. Also this would be a great time for picture in picture in picture, and Ritalin.
