MLBTradeRumors. I don't know if this is supposed to be an insult, or if they're actually really excited about having Lowe.

I like the last part where he says Lowe will net them a draft pick….unless Lowe goes 20-5 with a 1.75 ERA, then I doubt he’ll get arb….not at 15 million + per year! Dude didn’t do his research!
I guess it’s plausible that Lowe work out a deal with the Indians to decline arbitration…but I doubt there would be quite a market for Lowe for this to happen
