The Braves' Columbian phenom was one of thirteen players recognized in Sporting News annual minor-league awards, as follows: "SP Julio Teheran, Braves. He dominated at three levels this season (A, high-A and AA) at age 19, averaging more than 10 strikeouts and fewer than seven hits per nine innings. ETA: 2012" This was almost 2 weeks ago, but I don't believe it was noted here at TC.
