This loss is going to be tough to swallow. (if we do actually lose)

Pitchers did extremely well and the defense blows it.

Not that it’s over, but man what a crappy way for the pitchers to have this hung on them (Wagner).

I really think we need to win this within two extra innings. I’m confident in Moylan and Farnsworth, but I really don’t want to see Martinez and there is no way Saito can go three days in a row if Bobby is hesitant to use him two days in a row.

Well it’s really no secret that we struggle against lefties. And Diaz had a big 0-fer which didn’t help, especially since he is supposed to rake lefties. And Glaus can’t get a hit to save his life right now. So those two struggling makes a team that already has trouble with lefties look even worse. The problem is, our solution to the Glaus problem probably won’t be any better against lefties.

There are glaring holes in this lineup right now that will ultimately keep us from deep postseason play

Our pitching can only cover our asses for so long

A lot of room in right center, if he hits one there we can dance in the streets, the 2-1....

Hardly. Glaus is the only glaring hole right now. And if he doesn’t get it turned around, we have a guy in the minors who can probably help. If he does get it turned around, it’s going to make this offense explode, just like it did in May and June.

The Braves had surrendered the lead against
Padre (1)
Marlins (2 times)
Reds (1)
Mets(1)
Giants(1)

That means if we won all those games, it would be 3 more games lead.

Playing like this you cant win and probably you will lose the lead of the Division

You can cross off the Marlins losses.

They don’t count due to the Fish being complete evil.

I'm more shocked they they got 34 hits.

One the plus side, this means a wicked hot streak w/ RISP is just around the corner.
