I’m curious to see how he does in CF.

Good stuff...

interesting bit on Resop answering the question of what happens when his rehab is over (sounds like either a deal, or he comes up and Chavez or KK goes down, cause we ain’t letting him go for nothing).

And nice bits on McLouth, both the comparison to KJ last year and comments by Chipper.

While I love me some Heyward...

A defensive OF that goes from left to right of Hinske, Heyward, and Diaz makes me cringe, just a little…

The only reason to put Heyward in center...

…is if we get a passable right fielder who can hit in a trade.

Eh...

What does it matter. We’re just going to be sending Heyward down to Gwinny in a few days anyway, right? Maybe he can work in CF there…

I appreciate Chipper’s honest assessment of Nate’s defensive approach. He has been lobbing the ball back to the infield throughout his tenure as a Brave, but when he held the ball last week as a runner tagged to third I was forced to give my daughters, who were unfortunately, from their perspective, sitting beside me, a stern talking to about keeping that guy on second.

Gotta love Chipper’s honesty.

+1 ive been saying i dont see y with his ability he couldnt make the transition fairly easy.i play OF for my college school and although its a diffrent postition as long as u can read the ball well off the bat which heyward does i dont see y he wont thrive in CF
