Jason Heyward needs to bat 6th.

I think we are all expecting a resurgence of the april-may J-HEY soon, and I believe I know how to do this--Move him back to 6th.

Let's look at his stats at batting 2nd, 6th.

Batting 2nd: 136AB 20R 2HR 12RBI .235AVG .694OPS

Batting 6th:   39AB 10R 6HR 11RBI .359AVG 1.316OPS

The stats speak for themselves--less than 1/3 of the AB and 3x the HRs...double his OPS...etc...

It is clear, with the kind of production we are seeing out of him now, a line-up change is going to come.  I think it should look something like:

1. Prado

2. Gonzales/Infante

3. Chipper

4. McCann

5. Glaus

6. Heyward

7. Diaz/Hinske/Melky

8. McClouth/Melky/Diaz

Putting Heyward back at 6th gives the Braves a much deeper looking line up, and a more efficient, Run-scoring, Top of the order.

Just sayin'

Thanks,
