PrintIf it's Monday, then it's the Atlanta Braves fan confidence poll "Classic." As always, this poll and therefore your confidence level should encompasses several areas of the team. These areas include, but are not limited to, the team’s ownership, current management, talent, minor-league system, and general playing ability on the field. The poll will stay open for 48 hours, and then the results will be posted and graphed against the previous weeks.

I bought the Braves for two reasons. To get an autographed baseball without pleading for it and to get good seats.

We trade for a big outfield bat and I will be at a 10…
1st time at 9
Chipper batting .250 with only 6 HR’s…Jurrjens 0-3 then out 6-7 weeks…KK 1-9….Lowe’s ERA around 5….Diaz batting .175 then out 6-7 weeks….McLouth batting .180….Heyward struggles for 3 weeks then DLed for 2….Escobar batting .240 with 0 HR’s….4th outfielder playing everyday….9 game losing streak
And the Braves have the best record in the NL

I don’t want to jinx it…sorry if it skews your numbers!
We have traded away great players for less than nothing and let Texierra walk away, and much much more so pray that Hayward is sent from God and that his energy can ignite the veterans and cause the younger players to hustle more and play winning baseball...
Still at an 8:
Will be at a 9 when J-Hey returns and is as productive as he was before the injury.
Will be at a 10 when/if FW gets the RH bat that we need (pref an OF).
Either way, I’m very pleased as to where we stand at the break. Keep winning those series boys!!

4-2 against the top 2 contenders in the NL East. A 4 game lead at the break. Best record in the league. JJ back. Diaz back (with a vengeance) Heyward coming back after the break. Best bench in the majors. Lots of good minor league talent. I would vote higher if I could

Taking 4/6 on the road from Philly and New York earns a 9 from me.

Taking in all factors I pretty much vote 8 consistently. My way of saying I believe the Braves have a solid organization throughout. I was tempted to vote 9 because of the outstanding first half (especially w/the recovery from April) but want to see how they come out of the gate after the AS break. Hoping to see a 9 or 10 vote in my future.
A baseball diamond is, most simply, the intersecting of four 90-foot baselines, and, most powerfully, the intersecting of seemingly random lives.

Feel like there is something missing from this team. A splash in the trade department would bump my number up to 10.
My 4 guys (Hudson, Hanson, Meds, JJ) can take on anybody's 4 guys (the MLB) and Victory will be ours!
