PrintMore good pitching on the mound for the Braves organization tonight. A lot of scouts will probably be watching the Gwinnett game with an eye towards a possible Chris Resop trade. Julio Teheran will toe the slab for the pitching-rich Pelicans, and the best pitcher left in Rome takes the hill.
Gwinnett Braves
Game time: 7:15pm
Starting pitcher: Chris Resop (4-2, 2.10)
Mississippi Braves
Game time: 8:05pm
Starting pitcher: Scott Diamond (2-5, 4.45)
Myrtle Beach Pelicans
Game time: 7:00pm
Starting pitcher: Julio Teheran (2-0, 1.04)
Note: SS Mycal Jones, INF Osman Marval, and RHP Arodys Vizcaino move up to the Beach from Rome.
Rome Braves
Game time: 7:00pm
Starting pitcher: Chris Masters (1-3, 1.88)
Note: RHP Ryan Weber and RHP Dalton Acord are demoted to Danville, and RHP Steven Figueroa, RHP Caleb Brewer, and INF Chris Lovett move up from Danville to Rome. LHP Steve Kent is also activated from the disabled list.

This is by far the most hits he’s allowed in 1 game.
