"It’s unlikely any team would make a major move at this time with their roster," Wren said. "It’s just 20 games, and there are a lot of players [around baseball] well under their norms and other players well over.

"We will continue to watch and look to improve our club whenever possible."

In a way he's right, where does one start to improve this club? Even if we pulled off some massive trade for an Adrian Gonzalez type player (and he's not even available yet), that only fixes one of 6 or 7 spots in the lineup that aren't producing. Where's Reid Gorecki when you need him?
