But I was close enough to Glaus to be nauseated by his defense at 1st! The biggest thing I learned is that I want Bobby to make Glaus our PH and start Hinske at 1B! Glaus is atroucious at 1B, and it’s even more glaring when you are there in person and 15 feet away… He’s slow, has no range, and can’t pick a ball to save his life on the hard throws from Yunel… If he was hitting well, then fine, but his best play of the game at bat was getting grazed by a pitch for an RBI…

The 2nd best part of the game for me was the interplay between me, a braves fan kid (maybe 10 years old), a pair of 30 something Giants fans who were drunk and stupid and David Ross in the Braves bullpen. Ross was funny at times, even throwing a “Ask you mom!” to the Giants fans when they asked how his groin was doing.
