PrintAs a new on-going feature here at Talking Chop, throughout the 2010 season, send me a picture of your seat at a Braves game (Major League or Minor League). Don't try to get too fancy, just take a picture once the game starts and email me. It can be a view of the field, the scoreboard, the stands, or whatever strikes your fancy while sitting in your seat at a ballgame. Make sure you include the exact time and date the picture was taken and what half of the inning it was taken in. Your photo will then be posted on Talking Chop. By sending your photos, you grant Talking Chop full rights to publish and edit them as we see fit. The email address to send these photos to is martingandy at gmail dot com.
Try to make it a photo taken in the past 24 hours.
The idea is to bring everyone a little closer to the action at the ballpark, and along the way I hope to stumble upon some pretty terrific photos that remind us why we're all baseball fans.

Expect pictures from Opening Weekend…Braves versus Giants!!!
People will come Ray. The one constant through all the years, Ray, has been baseball. America has rolled by like an army of steamrollers. It has been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt and erased again. But baseball has marked the time. This field, this game: it's a part of our past, Ray. It reminds of us of all that once was good and it could be again.

So I hope to go to a bunch of games and get some nice pics…
Morton hit Heyward with an offspeed pitch. Early indication is that the baseball survived the impact.

This was something I did at each game I went to last year, hoping to make a collage or something at the end of the season. Still haven’t got around to doing it, but I’m sure I will soon.

I get most of mine from ebay and sportcardlots.com. I also have a few people that will just give me single cards they get from different packs and stuff. Makes it a lot easier, since I haven’t bought a pack of cards in about 3 years.

If so, what section are you getting this year? I just think it’d be interesting to see how Talking Chop is spread out around Turner field this season.

But then I worked a whole lot of jobs that got me sweet tickets from time to time, but typically if I have no freebies, I’m lurking somewhere in the 400s, for about 40 games a year.
No wonder nobody likes you, Tuttle... everything's a (Pujols) damn debate.
Nah, not a season ticket holder, but I get some freebie seating for some of the volunteer work I do. I’m usually in the field level Braves side for about 30-35 games (115-119, 129). Sometimes just wandering the stadium for the whole game, taking pics from different angles, hanging out at the bullpen for some 5th or 6th inning hi-jinks from the relief pitchers.
They dont let cameras in the Clermont Lounge.
