Willie Mayes is excited to see Jason Heyward

When we go to San Francisco.

Oh, Jason.

And Nate McLouth went 3 for 6 in his minor league game.

Never rains on Peter Moylan's day, even when

he’s being called Jair Jurrjens by the AP.

Stuff like this makes me savor the past 9 years of not being able to get a job in the media industry. (/extreme sarcasm)

Wagner

Just have to make one more post about my recent week at spring training. If any of you have any doubts about Wagner’s health & his arm strength let me put it to rest. Before I could get my camera on the scoreboard to take the picture it was gone. But a fastball that he threw, about shoulder high was clocked at 101 mph! Oh yea, this man can bring da cheese. He looked really good. I am very excited about this team. From top to bottom seems strong. And yea like any other club, you gotta stay healthy.

I think Wags showed he was healthy last September, just like Hudson did. I think the pen is shaping up nicely, with Wags, Saito and Moylan. Any of those 3 can go on any given day and I think Moylan certainly can spell the other 2, without any fall-off. Also, it would help keep the hitters off balance from day-to-day or inning-to-inning. Using those 3 interchangeable could keep them all fresh. Then throw Proctor into the mix in May, along with O’Flaherty and Medlen. Watch out!!!

Gondeee-

Thanks for the plug, but the link in your post is broken — it takes you to the Braves / Jays game from 3/13.
