Do you think Rangers Manager Ron Washington will be tempted by the 1st and 3rd base lines?
I think that this story is amusing but as a baseball fan I think it just puts another black cloud over the game.
I guess it is understandable when you hear about players with drug abuse (Josh Hamilton) but a manager is just terrible. It's like baseball can't catch a break. The stories circulate from drug problems, to steroid use, back to drugs, and next will be another big steroid admission. I guess we have to stay tuned for that...
We tease Bobby Cox because he has an iPhone and stuff, but I thank god that there has never been a story like this about him. This story only makes me appreciate the legends like Bobby even more.

Haha, nice title
Why are they even testing managers?
Here are Pujols's stats: 1.000/1.000/4.000/5.000. That's right. He is batting a thousand, with a thousand OBP (naturally), and every hit has been a home run, and thus his OPS is a perfect 5.000.
haha
I’m wondering if I should feel bad for laughing at the title…nahhhh. But I do feel bad for the guy, it seemed like he really regretted it.
And about Bobby…a story came out about Bobby 15 years ago that he beat his wife. I hate to say it, but Cox doesn’t exactly have a squeaky clean image.
The third-base umpire ran into the outfield and retrieved the biggest chunk. "It's a f***in' potato."

Yeah...
And Tony LaRussa fell asleep drunk at that stoplight. I don’t want to let that go away.
"If you were going to make a Mount Rushmore of managers, Bobby's one of them."

have him start at the batters box and then move up the foul lines….
Pujols is NOT God.... sure he'll hit .350, hit 50 bombs, and drive in a 125....but then again...so will Heyward..

I think I’m going to wait until I’m 57 years old and then start experimenting with drugs. But just once though. Maybe with Bill Clinton. He can not inhale weed, and I can not inject heroin.
Silly excuse, but frankly who gives a rip? Not like Ron Washington is hitting .457 with 59 bombs in late August.
tUMD Hockey: In search of a title! But probably not this year.
