Spring Training Open Thread: Blue Jays at Braves

I'm en route to spring training today, making the long hard drive down I-75 to Orlando. It looks like the rain has left the Disney area for the upcoming week, so I'm excited for warm weather finally. Maybe I can bring it back to Atlanta in a week.

I'm too early to know the batting order, but I do know that Tim Hudson will be on the mound for the Braves.

He looks ok

His Dad was a good man. Good riddance to Kiffen, he was trash from the start. We’d have ended up in big trouble if he had stayed. Not saying Tenn is lilly white, but Kiffen was just too blatent.

Monte is definitely a class act...

But NEVER liked his boy. He thinks he deserves accolades and respect and does not understand that those are things that have to be earned.

The only thing

he has ever won, are good jobs. Personality of a rock. Really glad he’s gone. I like Dooley, but kind of wish we’d let Fulmer have it for 1 year and have a real search instead of passing the screwing along. Fulmer is still being paid.

I played at LSU when Dooley was there. Apparently he’s come a long way because at the time I would have never imagined him the head coach for a program like Tennessee.
