Around SBN: Kentucky Football: Tee Martin Reportedly Leaving for USC

Well, anybody worried about Greg Norton possibly returning to the Braves can rest easy, as Norton will go into 2010 as the hitting coach for the Marlins' AAA affiliate the New Orleans Zephyrs. We all know Norton was bad in 2009, but still, he was a good Major League hitter and he'll have a lot to teach the kids under his care. Plus, he really is a great person. So I wish Greg the best of luck and hope I get a chance to talk with him again while I'm down in Jupiter during Spring Training.

What you don't realize

Is that Norton is also a distant darkhorse to be called up during roster expansion to play for the Marlins, since he’s technically a part of the organization.

But really, I agree that Gnortony is a really cool guy in person, and I hope he has success as a manager.

No wonder nobody likes you, Tuttle... everything's a (Pujols) damn debate.

I wish him the best

Thoughif when we’re playing meaningful games in September, it would be hard to keep that wish going if he’s coming up against us for the Fish.

Who was the catcher we had who couldn’t hit for crap?

Here are Pujols's stats: 1.000/1.000/4.000/5.000. That's right. He is batting a thousand, with a thousand OBP (naturally), and every hit has been a home run, and thus his OPS is a perfect 5.000.
