the play was real close, Conrad was out of position and wasn’t the best of throws by McCann. The ump was in a tough angle to see.

The play was not close, and wtf does it matter if conrad was out of position or if McCann’s throw was off? Conrad was in good enough position to make the tag on the throw from mccann that was good enough to beat Posey to 2b.

look at the ump on the replay it was a tough angle, if Conrad was in position, that is in front of the bag it would’ve been an easy obvious out. it does matter.

The PuertoRican Kid

by Kobe:The Legend on Oct 7, 2010 11:40 PM EDT up reply actions

I don’t care where the ump was. He was out. He was tagged by a glove which contained a ball before any part of his body touched the bag. That is the text-book definition of being out.

The ump said he was safe. That is the textbook definition of a bad call.
