First Braves Playoff Game at the Ted since '05... Roll Call

Alright guys, I figure that just about everyone within a reasonable driving distance will be there Sunday (I'm driving 3 hours for it, wouldn't miss it). I have a few things to ask.

1. Any idea on start times? MLB has the potential to have all 4 series going that day all scheduled to air on TBS. Could be a cluster of epic proportions

2. Does everyone figure Cox will give the ball to Thomas J. Hanson? I think it would be awesome to see Red in his first post season start in person.

3. Who all is going to be there, where are you tailgating before the game, and does TC want to have a meet up somewhere?

Go Braves.

I'm calling for a TC tailgate before this game...

But I’ll be where I usually am… Boston.

Lowe is getting the start

And if I had to guess I would say it is going to be an earlier start time

Lowe is starting on Thursday in San Fran

Tommy H will most likely get the Game 3 nod

Game 2 is Hanson vs. Cain 9:37 EST Friday
Game 3 Hudson vs. Sanchez no time yet on Sunday

Nice.

Hate to miss Thomas J. Hanson’s first post season’s start, but the last time I saw Huddy pitch, he threw a gem v. Fightin’Strasbergs Nationals.

Also, sorry for the redundancy in threads about Game times, just thought putting it in here would help line up a meet up spot.

I’ll be there so long as the start time is 4:30 or later and I can still get tickets at a semi reasonable price. I have to work until 3 on Sunday, and being at 4:30 would allow me time to change and get up there while pretty much ensuring a parking space.

Moral of the story: I’m hoping they announce start times soon.

Me too

Opening Day (aka Birth of a Legend)
Memorial Day (9-3 beatdown of the Phils)
Aug 29 (B-Mac Walk-off and Wait HR)

Coincidentally, I wore the same shirt for those three games and one other game (Sunday against the Phils), and the Braves are undefeated. I’m considering wearing it for tomorrow’s game, but I will probably wait for Sunday.

I will drive over again from Charleston SC

I called Ticketmaster toll free number to get the tickets and they sold me Blue lot parking as well….waited till Monday because I did not know my schedule….anyway, looked for a “Talking Chop” banner at the Tailgate section on Saturday but did not see any…so I assumed nobody was representing?

it just felt right and the chance to go to the postseason is hard to pass up. I’ve always respected their orginization… and Bobby…I’m excited. I’m looking forward to it...Derrek Lee (at press conference sayiing he had been traded to the Braves)
