Super two?

Well I have seen many of you say that if Heyward begins the season as our Opening Day RF, which I hope he does, he will be a Super Two player.  I was just wondering what that means.  I'm guessing it's not a good thing by the way some of you talk about it.  But I want an answer on what that actually means.  I think that Heyward should start if he proves he is ready regardless of that.  Of course I might be wrong because I'm not sure what it means, but Jason most likely will give us our best chance to win more games and get to the playoffs.  Thanks.
