With a couple more wins to close out the season, would Tommy Hanson be a favorite for the NL ROY?

Say he goes 2-0 over the last 3 games, with one ND... and pitches about as well as he has been so far.  That'd leave him at 12-3 with a sub-3.00 ERA and decent K and WHIP numbers.  I think that would at least leave him as the top pitching candidate anyways.
