Atlanta Braves Fan Confidence Poll
If it's Friday, then it's the Atlanta Braves fan confidence poll. This poll and therefore your confidence level should encompasses several areas of the team. These areas include, but are not limited to, the team’s ownership, current management, talent, minor-league system, and general playing ability on the field. The poll will stay open for 48 hours, and then the results will be posted and graphed against the previous weeks.
(FYI, I totally forgot last week's poll, my apologies. And I almost forgot this week's poll. Good thing this is a not a confidence poll about me.)

I’d really like to see some stats Gondee for when you bring out the Confidence pole after a win and after a loss and see if there is any kind of difference. I’d think people would rate higher after a win….
I’m still at a 7. Not sure if we’ll make the playoffs, but I’m enjoying the things some of our guys are doing in the minors. I’d be higher, but I have absolutely no faith in Bobby Cox right now. He’s still one of the most liked managers, but his managerial skills have really declined and have cost the Braves some games this year.
The Braves pitching staff, 1-5, has to be the best in baseball. Bullpen has been somewhat shaky and the hitting hasn’t been consistent, just ask JJ.
I didn’t like the Laroche trade at all, but the guy has been absolutely wicked awesome since joining the Braves again.

We’re playing good ball, but we’re still not performing up to the level that I know we’re capable of playing at. Chipper’s slumping, Prado and Nate are out, Mac had been struggling until recently.
But in reality, Colorado and Philadelphia are playing way too good for us to lose games like we did in the series openers against the Mets. That 8-run inning was completely unacceptable (you can blame Lowe’s ‘injury’ or Bobby, it doesn’t matter, we lost).
In order for us to take charge and make the playoffs, we need guys like Church and Diaz to really step up and start hitting like they’re capable of doing. We need McLouth back at full strength stealing bases, we need Chipper to break out and start smacking the ball, and we need LaRoche, GA, Escobar and McCann to keep driving in runs. Also, no more 8-run innings would be nice.
We're winning 2 out of 3 pretty consistently...
…I’m pretty sure we aren’t going to win every game.

But I saw the first Tom Glavine AirTran billboards today. He’s wearing his Mets uniform in them. Grudge, anyone?
No wonder nobody likes you, Tuttle... everything's a (Pujols) damn debate.
It doesn't look like a Mets uniform to me

Not to you, but it is.
Just look at the number style:
Braves:

Mets:

Mets numbers don’t have the extra large chunky serifs like the Braves do, and their type/numbering style are all 3D’d block style.

Good catch, but if I were trying to send an F-U to the Braves I wouldn’t have been so subtle. I would not have noticed had you not said anything. I would have gone about my day thinking it was just generic.
Also that first image was broken.
I'm sure there will be this generic explanation for it:
“AirTran’s official colors are TEAL and BLUE, and our design team felt that it was more efficient to go with the BLUE already in the Mets uniforms over the Atlanta Braves’ reds.”
Try this to see the difference
No wonder nobody likes you, Tuttle... everything's a (Pujols) damn debate.
10!!
We will make it all the way to the World Series! I think we have the team to do it..Another Braves vs Yankees WS now that would be great!

I was tempted to give the Braves an 8, but thought that a two-point jump was a little too much, so I gave them a 7. There are still some problems with inconsistency in the bullpen and with the hitting, but they’re getting better. Another good week (series wins against Florida and San Diego) would probably push my confidence to 8. Outside the team on the field, I’m very pleased with the front office and excited about what I’m hearing about the minors.
another week and another 8 for me…regardless of the wins and losses.
