Minor?

When his name was announced as the Braves draft choice I have to admit  I said (what?who?),then I heard comments about how he has what it takes to pitch for this club.One of the reasons for drafting this kid was he was considered a easy sign.Now as I see draft choices sign,I'm beginning to wonder what's going on with him.If he's so much of an easy sign,and self proclaim Braves fan why hasn't he put his name on a contract and reported to their minor league sysyem.I would hate to have to wait until next year to see what this kid can do,DeVall was a late sign and he barely got work in last year.I'm not to aware of the Braves spending habits on draft choices but I'm sure they can afford to sign this guy.
