Astros DFA Former Braves reliever Chad Paronto
A-nother former Braves player is DFAed. We seriously have to get a count and/or list of how many ex-Braves have been DFAed or waived this year.

What happened to Chad?
Did we trade him or something?

I can’t get over the fact that the Red Sox cut loose Mark Kotsay, and we hang on to Greg Norton. Screw the options. The only thing Norton specializes in is batting .140

I saw him pitch on Houston...
Last night and he gave up a bomb to Frenchy. You should get DFAed if Feenchy takes you deep.

Interestingly...
He had been pitching pretty well in AAA before he got blown up in the bigs. 1.67 ERA and a K:BB of about 3:1. Maybe he could still be decent if you picked out his usage very carefully.
