Game 52 Recap: Cubs 3, Braves 2

Not the best way to end an exciting night for the Atlanta Braves and their fans. While there was a lot of action off the field, the Braves didn't produce much action on the field. Their offense was again asleep through the first half of the game, and after tying it in the seventh, they couldn't finish off any rallies in the later innings, and eventually they sputtered to the loss in extra innings.

Kind of a sucky game, but the real excitement, again, was off the field. Tomorrow we get a different look Braves lineup as hopefully Nate McLouth with be in the lineup.

"Jason Heyward might be the best offensive prospect i've seen in fifteen years. His game is solid. I would trade any of the current players we have on our 25 man roster for Heyward. He's that good." - NL Scout.

Imagine hearing “The Mac Boys go back to back, and the Brrraves winnnn!”

No wonder nobody likes you, Tuttle... everything's a (Pujols) damn debate.

Smoltz isn't similar to Eckerlsey. He's better. Much better.

I know it's "only spring training," but is it time to be concerned about McLouth?
