Braves minor leaguer Rafael Cruz suspended for drugs
According to an AP report:
Atlanta Braves minor leaguer Rafael Cruz has been suspended for 50 games by Major League Baseball after testing positive for a performance-enhancing drug.
Baseball announced on Tuesday that the right-handed reliever tested positive for traces of Stanozolol (stah-NO'-zo-lall), a manmade steroid.
Cruz was signed away from the Japanese league this off-season with the promise of a high-90's fastball. He was a teammate of Kenshin Kawakami the last two seasons on the Chunichi Dragons.

Maybe Cruz should send those roids to Cincinatti for Braves players to use
Just kidding. But seriously, what’s the worst that could happen? All our starters get suspended 50 games? It’s not like our backup lineup could do any worse than the one we have now…
