McLouth will be huge for us… I’m sure you agree. He’s already shown flashes of what he is capable of. I spent plenty of years in Pittsburgh and he was fantastic for them, even outside the stat books. He’ll do alot for our franchise.

Hell yeah man…when I was in little league, I modeled my approach after him, because in my mind “he’s a fat kid like me”

Still, everyone’s acting as if Soriano was getting hammered in his last outing, when in reality he gave up like one decently hit ball to McCutchen to lead off, and then an IBB with two soft grounders accounting for the runs.

But Prado is hardly 100% and is moving with a noticeable limp. Just saying, our 3B options are pretty gimp right now.
And Chipper has always said he doesn’t enjoying DHing.
Really fortunate to get out of that inning.
And pretty inexplicable to run Sorino out there after so much recent work and with a 5 run lead.
Thats the exact reason I say he should be our Closer. This was the 2nd game that i have seen when he didnt have his best stuff the other game being against the Nationals and he still gets it done. Gonzo on the other hand not so good
