Game 28 Recap: Braves 4, Marlins 2
Hey, look, a sweep! Yes, it was a cheap 2-game sweep, but a sweep nonetheless. Jair Jurrjens got dinged for a couple of solo homeruns, but only gave up three hits and allowed only 5 baserunners all night en route to another quality start.
Casey Kotchman and David Ross each found their power stroke and accounted for all the Atlanta RBIs. It was a good thing that power showed up since the Braves were 0-for-5 with runners in scoring position on the day.
The great end of the game duo of Rafael Soriano and Mike Gonzalez closed out the eighth and ninth innings for the second time in two night.
Atlanta heads to Philly next with a little bit of confidence under their belts.

Very good game
But we got Hamels tomorrow night and while he hasn’t pitched to well this season, you still have to think he’s going to get to his old form real soon. So with that in mind, does anyone think that there is ANY chance that Schafer might get rested in favor of Infante? He more than Kelly has been hurting the offense lately and still is suffering from a wrist injury (from what I heard). I also wonder if there is any chance of Anderson getting a rest in favor of Diaz….
Infante (CF)
Escobar
Chipper
McCann
Francoeur
Kelly
Prado
Diaz
What do you think?

Doesn't every pitcher
seem to find their form against us?
