I'll be at the game tonight and sunday vs the dbacks

I'll be in right field corner tonight at at&t park and on the first base lower deck in AZ. I have a big sign with: "Trade FAILcoeur" Let me know if you see me and if anything is said. I'm so sick of that little homo after his comments on bowman's blog today. Fyf needs to go. If anyone else wants to make a sign I encourage you 100 percent. Maybe frank wren will finally get the hint us fans are sick of Frenchy and need a change. GO BRAVES!

Way to cheer on your team. Bash a player here, bash management there, but it’s ok, cause you said GO BRAVES at the end… You make us so proud.

I see no management bashing. What the hell is wrong with bashing a player who’s far below replacement level?

Should have said doubting management. I don’t disagree that French is sucking it up lately and his attitued leave MUCH to be desired, but he’s still on our team and we have to support him and any decision the front office makes whether it’s trade him, keep him, or release him.

All I’m saying is that bringing negative signs to the Ted, booing our players verbally at the game, etc., kinda makes us look like a bunch of Muts fans. My conclusion is ride out this Francouer crap and hope for the best.

ride out this francouer crap?

we’ve been riding for years and the smell is starting to get to me…

There is nothing wrong with disagreeing with the front office. You would rather follow blindly like sheep? That’s the attitude of the clippers, not the braves…

Well, for one, the game isn’t at the Ted.

I’m a management major, but you seem like one of those kumbaya singing management majors thats all about harmony and not rocking the boat, which is what cheering all players regardless of whether they deserve it or not would quality as

Yep you hit the nail on the head. I do love kumbaya and I’m a management major. And sorry about the game being in AZ part. Don’t worry I’m sure the “Braves faithful” will make sure Turner is adorned with negative garbage on the next homestand.
I sure did like this site a lot more in the offseason when everyone was excited about baseball.

What offseason were you in? This place was a nonstop bitchfest with so much bickering that it was like the lunchroom at an elementary school.

Remember the near riot when Wren said they’d stick with internal options in left, and signed Anderson 2 days later? That was a fucking RIOT

Yeah, I kinda forgot about that… and Peavy… and Furcal… and Dunn… and Griffey. Wow yeah, I must have drunk the whole winter or something.

Oh man. I was at the gym, it was the morning, and I didn’t have my contacts in then. You know how ESPN has the template of whatever team they’re talking about, the logo is in the corner? Well I saw the Atlanta A emblem, and was kind of like “whoa Braves did something” but then I looked up and saw this blurry montage of Garret Anderson, and I was kind of like “umm…”

No wonder nobody likes you, Tuttle... everything's a (Pujols) damn debate.

That is a complete insult to elementary school children everywhere.

Don’t be discouraged. It’s a down streak right now. The team is losing to a sub-par team, the weather sucks, there’s a malcontent within the ranks, and the fanbase is a little testy. It happens.

I just love the crudely drawn expressions on the faces of the TWO pitchers that Failcoeur apparently has to face.

That’s not a second pitcher, that’s the second baseman coming to tell him that if he throws three pitches eye-ball high he’ll get this Failcoeur guy.

Good morning.

Good afternoon.

Good night.

Or maybe it’s what Jeff Francoeur sees in his mind when going up to the plate, that he has to combat two pitchers, so he’s always ready to hack away

Who is this Francoeur you speak of? I only know of a Failcoeur.

wish i could blame rookies for my problems.

how does FYF still have a job? If I sucked that much at my job I’d be out of work.

The coldest winter I ever spent was a summer in san francisco

Yeah, no fucking kidding mark twain. my toes are still frozen (I decided to wear sandals, I know I’m an idiot). Not to mention the game sucked. Chipper looked horrible tonight and our bullpen…well even the little 7 year old girl next to me said the braves pitchers weren’t very good. But anyways, did anyone see me?! My sign was nice and big.

No luck man, and I watched the whole game. You from California?

People will come Ray. The one constant through all the years, Ray, has been baseball. America has rolled by like an army of steamrollers. It has been erased like a blackboard, rebuilt and erased again. But baseball has marked the time. This field, this game: it's a part of our past, Ray. It reminds of us of all that once was good and it could be again.

Please disregard my previous comment, I believe you told me that you were from Arizona, Tuscon to be exact. How did you like the stadium??

Yeah, I made the mistake of wearing shorts & a t-shirt at a game at Pac Bell while sitting in the upper deck in maybe…2000? At the end of July? I was frozen.

The new park is heaven compared to Candelstick

A friend and I sat in the RF pavillion area for a night game…awful. Icy cold wind coming through at about 40 mph. We had to leave early.

Dohhhhhh

I’ve been to opening night in SF and worn shorts and sandals and been fine and gone to mid July DAY games and froze my a$$ off. There is no rhyme or reason with SF weather. Just plan on the worst and you’ll be fine 85% of the time.
This series was brutal. The most offensively challenged Braves team since ’88. For at least this series. Painful.
