Talking Chop where are you now?
Here is part two. Where do you live currently?? How do you keep up with the Braves?
Like I said before, I am currently in Sacramento trying to finish my stupid thesis and get my Master's Degree in Psychology. I listen to the Braves at work on mlb.com radio, I watch them at home through the MLB Extra Innings Package, I try and see them whenever they play the Giants or the A's, and of course I frequent Talking Chop.
What about you? GO BRAVES!

I live in Maryland for school and Pennsylvania during breaks. I watch them whenever they’re on national TV and otherwise follow on the internet. TBS dropping them was one of the worst things ever.
I’ve pretty much lived in the same place my whole life, just moving a few miles down the road each time. Spent time in Milledgeville and Athens at GCSU and UGA. Now i live back home in the country, and i follow the Braves mostly on tv and radio. My wife and i have been going to about 10+ games a year for the last few years.

Hijacking
Could we also hijack this thread to share our favorite braves streaming sites to help our brothers not in the southeast?
Sorry
Most hijacks usually end up turning into threads about Nicholas Cage movies and how much they suck, David Lynch movies, cougars, beer choices, or OPS guy importance. Don’t let me stop you from trying something new though
No wonder nobody likes you, Tuttle... everything's a (Pujols) damn debate.
Speaking of hijacks, I finished Glamorama. What a weird book.

Awesome
Hard to imagine a 300+ page book was reduced to about a 45 second montage in The Rules of Attraction.
No wonder nobody likes you, Tuttle... everything's a (Pujols) damn debate.
That shit was 500+, it took me forever. And I’m still not sure what happened. But, I did enjoy it, cause Ellis is the man. Who can’t love little lines like “…because, in the end, we were all sociopaths…”
Looking forward to this Informers movie.

Eh, I had jury duty the day I read it. Felt like 300ish, it went by so quickly.
I think my favorite Ellis cliche is how he takes a paragraph and then just abruptly ends it as if
No wonder nobody likes you, Tuttle... everything's a (Pujols) damn debate.
Really need to read that book…
You can't sit on a lead and run a few plays into the line and just kill the clock. You've got to throw the ball over the goddamn plate and give the other man his chance. That's why baseball is the greatest game of them all.

If you aren’t opposed to the radio, try freebaseballradio dot com
As much as we love it, baseball is just a game. Rest In Peace Nick Adenhart.

Thanks for that
My source for TV streams are the European forms over at http://www.myp2pforum.eu/mlb-baseball/
They have a new thread for each day and the streams are pretty reliable, it’s the best thing in the world for mid-week day games.
The Nationals arriving in DC has been awesome, because for the longest time I was never able to watch the Braves in person. TBS along with 14 straight divisions titles from years 8-22 of my life was pretty much the best thing I could have asked for…although I kick myself constantly these days for not paying as much attention as I should have.
Nowadays, Extra Innings is the best money I spend all year. Gameday/Open Thread make work tolerable during day games.

Can you listen to the radio on the computer?

Atlanta, Georgia
I swear the Braves had nothing to do with me moving here.
No wonder nobody likes you, Tuttle... everything's a (Pujols) damn debate.
Like Beard
I’m living in NOVA, and having the Gnats here is great because I can actually watch the braves when they play them.
New Orleans
We got the Marlins’ AAA team…and GEAUX TIGERS!
Hampton Roads here.
Actually a little north of that in Williamsburg, but its close enough. I was able to catch the AAA team when they were in Richmond some, but alas that is not true anymore. I’m able to catch the Nahfyuk Tides now and again, but its not the same.
Minnesota?
are there any real braves fans in minnesota besides me? I havent met any which sucks. I miss growing up in florida. Braves fans everywhere

Panama City, FL
I grew up in North Idaho and enlisted in the Navy after HS. I spent the majority of a 22 year career in California before being transferred to Mayport and then Panama City, FL for my last few years. I retired 5 years ago and stayed in the Panama City area. Not a bad place to live but I do miss the mountains of the Northwest.
Dalton, GA
lived here all my life and only about 1hr 20mins north of Turner Field
Now that's thinking with your dipstick
