BtBS Farm System Value Rankings
You can read about the methodology here. I'm very pleasantly surprised. Short answer is that those B level pitching prospects really add up.

It's funny how the hitting and pitching values compare
Top 10 hitters are just HUGE. They’re going to become MLB players much more often than any other group, even the next tier of hitters. So projectable.
Top 10 pitchers are no more valuable than the rest of the top 50 or 100. Not only are there huge injury risks, but there’s not much of an expected progression for pitchers. Some get better, some don’t. It’s the other half of TINSTAPP: once a pitcher has great stuff, he’s ready for the majors. Until then, he’s not.
So while a couple great hitters can really make a farm system, a couple great pitchers don’t. But a whole lot of decent pitching prospects are still quite valuable.
