The Phillies decided Tuesday not to pursue free-agent left-hander Will Ohman, who could have helped fill the void created by J.C. Romero's 50-game suspension. The team is close to its budget limit.
I wonder if this is because Ohman's asking for too much or it's really because they just can't afford him either way. We really should sign him, though, IMO.

Agree that we should sign him, but even if we can’t, his not going to PHI is a big plus.
