Frenchy still likely headed to arb. hearing, KJ hopefully not
The Braves are working on a limited salary right now, as well all know. Apparently, the Braves offered to up Frenchy's initial offer of $2.8 mill to $3.1 mill, but he wanted $3.4 mill when negotiating. Frenchy is really greedy and thinks he will win his arb. hearing on Feb. 20th. Is he the only one that thinks this?
KJ is believed to still be working out a deal with the Braves, as they don't believe he'll reach his arb. hearing on Feb. 19th, but they seem to still think they have more to work out before reaching an agreement.

Here's what I think...
Jeff knows his career is not going to last more than a few more years and this is his attempt to line his wallet in preparation for the day when baseball won’t be providing a paycheck to him anymore.
Oh, Bobby.
I think there's a good chance he'll win
Just from what I understand about the process, the arbitrator looks at the last 3 years production when making his decision, and tends to weight stats like RBI as very important and pays little attention to things like OBP, K rate, or OPS +..
He (or his agent) will go in there and say that he’s the team leader in RBI over the last 3 years and that he won a Gold Glove a year ago, and they’ll have a good chance of winning,
