Slugger or Table Setter?

Basically I'm curious as to everyone else's feelings on what the club could use as far as another bat. Personally I think the team could benefit from a lead off hitter more than a slugger. Someone that would allow us to bat McLouth lower in the lineup to utilize his power more. Matt Diaz did a fine job of it last year when given the opportunity however i just dont see the team giving him an honest chance at becoming a full time player.

Im just curious to hear everyones thoughts and throw some names around as possible solutions. Ideally of course the person would play in the OF since our infield is set.

Couple of names just off the top of my head:

=> Carl Crawford, kinda self explanatory.

=> Rajai Davis, Oakland just signed Coco Crisp. Some can look at his 2009 season as a fluke, I'm just throwing the name out there.

=> Scott Podsednik, he was injured the two seasons before 09 but when healthy has been pretty good.

There are more options those are just a few i thought of. Curious to see what you guys think/come up with
