DOB on Glaus as a 3B
Me: How good was that report on Glaus' health, exactly? Is he an option as Chipper insurance?DOB: Yes, he is. Played 3B for Cardinals some in September, made some dificult throws, etc. And is much stronger now than he was then.

Nice versatility...
Prado can move around to several spots.
Glaus has 1st and 3rd
Infante has all around the field.
The OFs are all good enough to play multiple spots out there.
You’d assume the rest of the bench around Infante and Ross will be multi-position players. Bobby could have an awful lot of lineup options.
his head might explode…
"My team of nine guys who hit like Albert Pujols and never ever bunt just beat your team with one Shane Victorino 472 to 3."

Bobby could have an awful lot of lineup options.
Is that really a good thing? Some of his lineups last year were flatout ridiculous.
One would imagine (or hope)...
That some consistency in his 25-man roster will help lead to some consistency in his lineups. We shuffled players too much for anybody to get very comfortable with a spot.
Advance apologies if the contents of this sports-based post offended you. I'm just aiming to educate the masses. My law professor says they're asses.
