This Week's Schedule at Talking Chop: November 23-29
This is the last week for regularly scheduled posts here at Talking Chop. After this week there will still be daily posts, but they will be dictated more by the tempo of the off-season than by pre-planned content. I hope everyone has enjoyed all the 2009 reviewing of major leaguers (there's a section on the left sidebar that has a link to all of them) and the reviewing and ranking of the minor leaguers.
We've got one more week of ranking minor leaugers as we present the top-25 Braves prospects. Myself (gondeee), CB, and Matt averaged out our individual top-25 prospects to come to this combined top-25. This helps eliminate any one player being liked too much or too little. At the end of the week I'll ask all of you, the Talking Chop community members, to submit your own top-25 Braves prospects. After a week of allowing everyone to submit their own, I'll average them all together to get a complete community top-25. We do this every year and it's a great way for everyone to comment on our system. So start getting your top-25 together and look for the post to submit it at the end of the week.
Here is this week's schedule as we count down our top-25 Braves prospects:
Monday: Talking Chop Top-25 Braves Prospects: 21-25
Tuesday: Talking Chop Top-25 Braves Prospects: 16-20
Wednesday: Talking Chop Top-25 Braves Prospects: 11-15
Thursday: Talking Chop Top-25 Braves Prospects: 6-10
Friday: Atlanta Braves Fan Confidence Poll; Talking Chop Top-25 Braves Prospects: 1-5
Saturday: Talking Chop community members submit their own top-25 Braves prospects
Sunday: The Atlanta Braves Weekly Wrap
Should be a fun week, so remember to check in when you get bored with the family and the turkey and such.

He’s actually surprisingly high. CB, Matt, and I value that kind of power, even without the current plate discipline. Besides, he’s improved each year he’s been in pro ball.
well that takes the drama and fun out of it.
thanks for giving away the ending gondee.

I just don’t see how that type of power combined with unquestionable improvement from one year to the next all in the package of a guy who’ll only be 21 next year is so consistently undervalued.
I wrote a novel, it's about baseball, you should buy it: https://www.createspace.com/3407939

as past posts have shown, I agree cb...
I was curious where people thought he would land though, considering the polar opinions most seem to have about him.
