Alright, so GA is a Type B FA. Obviously, if someone signs him, we get a supplemental draft pick. What if no one signs him or he decides to retire? Do we get anything?

If a player hasn’t signed with a new team by the time of the draft, you get nothing, regardless of offering him Arb.
Just look at what happened with the Brewers and Ben Sheets.
