Anyone going to game today?
I am. Last game I saw was Smoltzie's 3000th K and I've been jonesin' to get back to the stadium. I'm bringing a local hippy--any later in the summer and he'd smell too bad--who despite growing up in Georgia has never seen a live baseball game in his 26 years on this earth. If you see us, we're the sharply dressed Braves fans, matching shirts, feather on the sleeve--I even got some slick new red white and blue adidas.
I was looking forward to seeing Santana but as long as J.J. gets the win, I'm sold.
Plus I need a reason to go broom shopping.

Looks like I might be...
for a little while anyway; since nobody has taken me up on the tix I offered!
Wonder what they’ll say when I ask to trade my bobble-head for a bobble-butt…
I'll be there.
I want my bobble-head. What can I say, I’m a sucker for free stuff. Going tomorrow as well, just for the Braves/Delta carry-on bag.
No wonder nobody likes you, Tuttle... everything's a (Pujols) damn debate.
Worst part about it is
that it just cut off on I-85 in the HOV lane. My worst fear realized—and to think, I borrowed my Mom’s van cause it was supposed to be reliable enough to get to ATL without incident.
So YOOOOU WERE THE ONE WHO CAUSED THE TRAFFIC JAM...
...I’m just kidding. That really sucks. I take it you live on the north end – only then would I suggest taking MARTA, as scary as that sounds. Getting to the DT connector in rush hour just isn’t worth it sometimes.
It bugs me that they shut down the Jocks & Jills on 10th/Peachtree – I used to take their complimentary shuttle all the time.
No wonder nobody likes you, Tuttle... everything's a (Pujols) damn debate.
Not quite
I live in Athens. We we’re able to coast to the right shoulder without getting hit only because traffic was light since we left Athens around 2:30. Got over to the shoulder just inside 285. Then the HERO guy showed up and helped us find a local wrecker. We made it back to Athens in time to catch all the runs except for the first one from the Mets.
I really wish I was there cause I woulda been doing some serious outfield heckling at Anderson and Chavez, limping Alou, and as always Beltran. I also wanted to yell at Ryan Church.

Well then...
...The Gwinnett Braves would make an easier alternative for you, next year, if you’d rather just watch the budding young stars of tomorrow instead of fighting your way to the Ted.

If you want to yell at Ryan Church
You’ll have to refer to him as Batman, as he has yet to remember his real name.
I'm looking forward to both.
Though if the pitching matchup at the Ted is ‘bleh’ and there’s some kinda of beer special in Gwinnett, well the decision’s pretty much made up, then isn’t it.
