Open Thread and NAHWAL: Pirates at Braves (4/3)
Pittsburgh Pirates @ Atlanta Braves

The new Mike Hampton doll, complete with wheelchair.
Just pull something and get it over with. I feel like the entire Braves nation is just waiting for the other shoe to drop with Hampton.

Don’t forget to get your picks in before the game for Nok-A-Homa-Win-A-Lotta (click here to learn how to play and to view the leaderboard -- which is coming soon); the three categories are (1) Attendance, (2) Pick to Click, and (3) Above and Beyond Pick.

Framed the Power Alley poster
and still hangs in my game room...next to a signed print of a Murphy portrait. Painted by the artist who paints the portraits all the HOF inductees hanging in Cooperstown these days. Apparently, he painted it for one of Murph's charity auctions. Had to have it, in case Murph never makes it in.

I forgot...
...how non-existent our offense can be at times. Now that it's setting in it feels familiar...Chipper getting on base what seems like every time he steps up to the plate, and everyone else botching it.
Here's hoping we crack the bullpen soon.
