Framed the Power Alley poster

and still hangs in my game room...next to a signed print of a Murphy portrait. Painted by the artist who paints the portraits all the HOF inductees hanging in Cooperstown these days. Apparently, he painted it for one of Murph's charity auctions. Had to have it, in case Murph never makes it in.

Well that was quick.

Pedro, we don't need no stinking Pedro. Hampton is perfectly capable of hurting himself without even pitching.

Hampton scratched

Uhhh...there's a shocker. Who had "less than1" on their innings pitched projection?

by Hot Cup Joe on Apr 3, 2008 7:12 PM EDT reply actions

Wow

Nice crowd, too - there's nothing like a 40 degree and windy night at the ol' ball yard - actually sitting hampton down seems pretty reasonable.

1. 19950

hampton

wow this guy is a fucking joke... scratched with a "strained pectoral muscle"?

forgive me if i think this guy has been/is taking us for a ride... i think he realized he could keep coming up with bogus health problems and still get paid his absurd salary.

over/under 10000 on actual attendance tonight?

by get swoll yunel on Apr 3, 2008 7:46 PM EDT reply actions

You've got to be joking....

...he's taking us for a ride and making up crap? What's next, a secret government cover up?

by RainDelay on Apr 3, 2008 9:01 PM EDT up reply actions

Add a 4th question - choose 1

Who will be the braves 5th starter this year?
I'll go Royce Ring.

over/under on actual attendance after 5th inning?

The pirates catcher resembles which teletubby?

by Hot Cup Joe on Apr 3, 2008 7:52 PM EDT reply actions

Bumblebee

The catcher kind of reminds me of a transformer.

by gondeee on Apr 3, 2008 9:53 PM EDT up reply actions

I forgot...

...how non-existent our offense can be at times. Now that it's setting in it feels familiar...Chipper getting on base what seems like every time he steps up to the plate, and everyone else botching it.

Here's hoping we crack the bullpen soon.

Nice one, gondeee...
