I don't know who has seen this yet or who hasn't or even if you guys talked about it in the game thread, but here it is all formal like for you guys to discuss. Smoltzie "only" has an inflamed biceps muscle. This is much better than what I was expecting. Funny thing is all he was prescribed was a couple weeks rest. That is exactly what he, himself, had said would fix it. Well, this is good and bad I guess and puts us primed to get him and Mike Gonzalez back at about the same time. Maybe those two will be a big boost to the team. I still don't know the extent of Rafael Soriano's injury, but he is always having problems. Here's a link to the MLB.com article: Smotlz to DL
