Weekly confidence poll: GM edition

As the Winter Meetings get underway on Monday in Las Vegas, what is your level of confidence in Frank Wren? Are you pleased with his efforts and satisfied with his vision for the direction of the Atlanta Braves in 2009 and beyond? Is he performing better, worse, or just as you expected? Discuss.

Need seventy-five words...

"Neque porro quisquam est qui dolorem ipsum quia dolor sit amet, consectetur, adipisci velit..."

"There is no one who loves pain itself, who seeks after it and wants to have it, simply because it is pain..."

hey

It seems that Wren is running the opperation like he should.Younger and energetic talent coming up from the minors..It is evident by not trading Hanson ,Heyward,Shaffer,etc..

If we get Burnett, it will go to 100 for me. I just don’t know if he has a backup plan for if he doesn’t get him.

As much as I want Burnett, I still don’t think this solves all the Braves problems, so I’m not worried whether he signs or not.

I still think the Braves, regardless of pitching, are still two years away from really being a contender for the World Series. The Braves still need some hitting, and for those prospects to make it to the Bigs.

40%. The fact we’re pursuing Burnett pushes it down considerably. I also don’t think he understands how to effectively use the waiver wire and Rule V Draft (we’ll see). My main problem is how he seems fixated on making us a perennial 80-85 win team rather than actually rebuilding to be great.
