This just has to be funniest thing I've seen in a while. How ironic and amusing would it be to watch Andruw stink it up on the Mets roster this year?

Wouldn’t be ironic, but it would sure be amusing. Just pitch him outside and he’ll pull it for a DP, or throw it helmet-high and he’ll swing and miss.

The Dodgers are really not happy with AJ. I wonder what his trade value is? I’m guessing it’s all about how much money the Dodgers will pay that will determine what they’ll get in return, but they’re gonna have to pay something. I’d have to say this would be a silly move by the Mets… but, keep ’em coming.

If this trade happens...

He’ll likely hit .260, 35 homers, and drive in 120, winning Comeback Player of the Year. Just because he’s playing for the Mets. Or he’ll be booed into retirement in New York.

Did I Not Post That We Should Try This?

I mean we’re figured to come in last anyways. I’d rather Andruw try and bounce back with us than with the Mets. We could always move Andruw to left and boom we have our power hitting left fielder lol. I think it would be fun to see him actually try it. We’re allready gonna be a comical team to watch until our young guns are called up.

I've always liked AJ...I defended him for a long time here on Talking Chop during his last year with the Braves.

I would like to see him bounce back like this. Although, I would hate for him to bounce back while on the Muts.

best defensive shortstop in baseball hahahahahahahahahah (omar visquel)

What do you want to bet? I’m not talking about your absurd line above, I’m betting he won’t hit over .200.

if andruw couldnt handle the “pressure” of playing in l.a., why in the hell would the mets think he could handle the pressure of playing in new york city?
