Yankee's Sign A.J. Burnett
According to MLB Trade Rumors the yankees have agreed to terms with A.J. Burnett. The deal is apparently for 5 years at 16.5 Million per year. What is Frank Wrenn going to do now? Is he going to go back to Towers and be desperate and trade away some of our top prospects, or is it going to be a shocking trade out of the middle of now where?

we owe the yankees a favor for bailing us out of a bad move now. lets get back to rebuilding for 2010 and set our sights on winning championships and not division titles or just merely being a “contender”. Greinke must be acquired. Sign Sheets to a 2 or 3 year deal with lots of incentives. Adam Dunn? LF and clean up hitter. Send Gonzo out for more young players. He thinks he is a top shelf closer who wants to be paid like on, lets trade him now for young players (Angels, Rays, Cards, Tigers, Yanks, Dodgers may have interest) before he asks for a 4 Year, 40M deal next winter
And grammar in general.
I love that he spelled “no” incorrectly.

would it help if he also wanted Adam Dunn?
And many thanks to Hank for bailing the Braves out of this one. Burnett for 5/82.5 is ridiculous.
too true
But in seriousness, I think we get Randy Wolf, then next year at least we’ll have a lefty when Hampton comes back. This year will suck, but I already figured that.
